In 2018, Trackunit wanted to find a new partner to excel their digital transformation even further by focusing on Salesforce. Being a SaaS company the technological approach was of highest priority. To achieve the goal of taking the digital journey even further, Trackunit needed the right support throughout the entire process with technological knowhow and system support.
It was mutually important for both Trackunit and ARPEDIO to have an open and transparent communication on all accounts of the collaboration so ARPEDIO could get a thorough understanding of Trackunit’s needs and desires. This way it was possible to hold up a valuable dialogue throughout the journey and optimize continuously as the process unfolded.

Situation:
Trackunit launched a comprehensive ERP and CRM project, and ARPEDIO assisted in guiding the integration of their current ERP system, Navision, in Salesforce. It was important for Trackunit to have a smooth and pervasive integration of the two systems to make sure business processes run seamless. The objective was to share data across systems to improve productivity and insights and create a single source of truth with high data quality.
Solution:
ARPEDIO managed the implementation in collaboration with Appsolutely, who assisted with the architectural and development aspects, while ARPEDIO analyzed and planned the execution that resulted in a complete integration and user adoption. ARPEDIO used a Scrum model, which allowed completely new ways of managing the project as it unfolded.

Situation:
Trackunit wanted to align transactional and operational documents. With a growing business, they saw a need for structured and accurate pricing. Document handling needed to be done with respect for the complexity of the products. In order to do so, ARPEDIO assessed the situation and provided recommendations, system insights and understanding.
Solution:
ARPEDIO supported Trackunit in the process of scoping and defining their needs and made a thorough due diligence, which resulted in their recommendation of implementing a combination of Docusign and Documotion.
Results:
A successful implementation of Docusign and Docomotion allowed Trackunit to improve their quotation process and document handling. Trackunit’s entire process is now streamlined with a digital process supported by e-signature with an added possibility to customize the proposals based on desired frameworks and needs.
Situation:
Trackunit has a large number of integrations, installations, applications, systems and users. Once in a while bugs and/or incidents occur, and the managed service agreement ensures that Trackunit receives help to solve the issues or incidents at hand. ARPEDIO assists in high complexity issues and change management while estimates and execution are secured without any surprises.
Solution:
ARPEDIO assured that there is always a short reaction time to help out with the bugs and incidents that Trackunit reports. ARPEDIO has people on stand-by at all times, ensuring that downtime is eliminated.
Results:
ARPEDIO is always ready to support the challenges that may arise regarding the use of Salesforce. Support is provided across the entire organization and continually ensures that systems run smoothly 24/7.
Situation:
Salesforce Classic is the original interface used by Trackunit. With the global shift in Salesforce from Classic to Lightning, Trackunit needed to update their setup.
Solution:
The new interface would enable Trackunit to create custom business logic and customize their user interface. ARPEDIO helped with the implementation of Lightning by identifying blockers that needed to be fixed and lay out a specific plan of where and how action needed to be taken. It was important for ARPEDIO to have Trackunit’s strategic journey in mind when planning the new implementation, to make sure everything went hand in hand with their goals and to reach those goals the fastest and most efficient way possible. ARPEDIO presented a recommended prioritization order and prepared a continuity throughout the setup.
Results:
With all its new features, Trackunit found many new benefits from upgrading to Lightning Experience. The Lightning platform offers more components that in turn enables Trackunit to manage sales processes better. Together with ARPEDIO, they had a clear plan and prioritized way of implementing the upgraded system.
