Head of Marketing

As the Head of Marketing at ARPEDIO, you will lead a talented team comprising a Creative Lead (Graphic & Event Project Manager), two Content Writers, and a Digital Marketing Manager (position currently open), as well as an ABM and Partnership Marketing Responsible (position currently open). You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that ARPEDIO stands out in the market and achieves its ambitious growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Leadership and team management: Lead, mentor, and manage a growing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Marketing strategy: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with ARPEDIO’s sales goals and growth objectives.
  • Brand building: Enhance ARPEDIO’s brand presence and market positioning, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Campaign development: Create and oversee digital campaigns, awareness initiatives, and lead generation activities.
  • Client journey support: Develop lead nurturing strategies to guide clients from initial awareness to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
  • Content creation: Build and manage content flows to support diverse client journeys and nurture leads.
  • Event marketing and execution: Develop, drive, and execute events, including webinars, conferences, and industry expos, to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen ARPEDIO’s position in the market.
  • Data transparency: Implement dashboard reporting to provide real-time marketing data to the management team and investors, including metrics such as MQL/SQL numbers, CPL, CPC, conversion rates, website visits, user behavior, and social media engagement.
  • Strategic partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to support ARPEDIO’s growth and global reach, including collaborations with Salesforce, Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), Accenture, PwC, and others.
  • Sales alignment and ABM: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support for bid efforts and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute practical, hands-on solutions when needed.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ISV and B2B sales enablement is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential, as ARPEDIO is an international company. Experience working in a global context and collaborating across diverse markets is highly valued.
