Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager at ARPEDIO, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

Strategic planning

  • Build the digital foundation, including lead scoring, customer journeys, data dashboards, and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and implement ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and create personalized marketing plans.
  • Develop data visualization and analytics.
  • Optimize the usage of our Marketing Automation tool (Salesforce Account Engagement).
  • Track and report on performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to align digital strategies with business goals.

Lead generation

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing workflows and email marketing campaigns.

PPC campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • Track and report on PPC campaign performance. 

SEO optimization

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance SEO performance.
  • Perform SEO audits and implement optimizations.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is SEO-friendly.

Website optimization

  • Develop wireframes for new web pages.
  • Strategically plan and organize new campaign landing pages (using WordPress).
  • Analyze user behavior data to optimize website performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation, PPC, SEO, and/or website optimization.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools. 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential, as ARPEDIO is an international company. Experience working in a global context and collaborating across diverse markets is highly valued.
