About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and talented Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Operating either in the Scandinavian market or globally, you will leverage your skills in research, cold calling, and consultative selling to build and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach (both cold and inbound leads), and strategic engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work in partnership with the sales and marketing teams to support sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Focus: Opportunity to operate in the Scandinavian market or globally. (Danish, Swedish and/or Norwegian language skills are a plus but not required).
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and position ARPEDIO’s solutions effectively.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Innovation and Curiosity: Embrace a growth mindset by continuously challenging our processes, sharing fresh ideas, and contributing to our culture of learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or a similar field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.
  • A strong desire to create demand, manage sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and flexible work environment with high expectations.
