Liz has spent more than a decade at TÜV SÜD, where she has been instrumental in creating and scaling the company’s Global Marketing Organization, while simultaneously leading its global sales, marketing, and eBusiness initiatives. Her innovative approach has delivered measurable results, including enhanced demand generation, increased brand visibility, and operational efficiency. Liz is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, having co-founded TÜV SÜD’s Women’s Network, which empowers over 1,000 women worldwide.

Currently serving as the Group Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at TÜV SÜD, Liz has spent more than a decade leading the company’s global sales, marketing and eBusiness initiatives, creating innovative strategies that generate demand, increase brand awareness, and streamline operations across regions.
As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, she co-founded the TÜV SÜD Women’s Network, empowering over 1,000 women worldwide through mentorship, networking, and leadership programs. Liz’s career reflects her commitment to building high-performing teams, championing innovation, and creating impact both within and beyond the workplace.
Why did you decide to join the ARPEDIO Advisory Board?
“The answer is simple. I am a typical ARPEDIO customer. I have been responsible for the global selection, implementation and stack integration of large scale marketing and sales tech tools for TÜV SÜD for over a decade. I have the pain points that ARPEDIO aims to solve and I am fully in tune with what I need in order to bring higher efficiency and performance to the sales and marketing function. This knowledge is incredibly powerful for ARPEDIO’s advisory board, as I can advise on the pain points of the customer and how these can be translated into a product the client needs.”
