Three minutes on stage, live product only, audience vote. One message: agents are only as smart as the relationships underneath them.
On June 18, Salesforce brought the Agentforce World Tour to ExCeL London and put its keynote message to the UK audience: welcome to the Agentic Enterprise, where humans and agents drive growth together.
The Demo Jam is the highlight of the agenda. Competing ISV partners, three minutes each, live product only, and the audience picks the winner on the spot. No slides, no setup videos, no safety net. If the product doesn't land in three minutes, it doesn't land.
ARPEDIO won. Respect to our fellow Demo Jam partners GoMeddo and Zenkraft — it was a good competition.
Our message back from the Theatre 4 stage: agents are only as smart as the relationships underneath them.
In enterprise sales, the biggest deals are won on human complexity. The buying committee of fifteen. The champion who leaves mid-cycle. The blocker nobody mapped. That knowledge usually lives in sellers' heads, which means the account team is selling on partial pictures and the agent has nothing structured to work with.
An agent can draft an email or summarize a call anywhere. What it can't do anywhere else is act on a structured picture of who matters in an account, how they connect, and where the gaps are. That structure is what ARPEDIO builds inside Salesforce: the invisible organization made visible, with AI agents built on Agentforce doing the mapping work account teams previously did by hand.
So that's what we showed, live: an account team mapping its relationships into one large account, with the ARPEDIO agent doing the work. It built the account's org chart from scratch. It refreshed an existing org chart with the contacts added since the chart was last built. And it scored the relationships between sellers and stakeholders from the activity data already sitting in the Salesforce org. Three minutes, three jobs that normally take an account team an hour. The room cheered while the agent did the work.
"It is very focused. Making something we usually spend an hour on in three minutes is quite a challenge."
ARPEDIO makes the invisible organization visible, structured, and actionable inside Salesforce. It turns Account-Based Selling into a foundation agents can act on. System of record → system of action.
The London win puts us in the Dreamforce Demo Jam on Thursday, September 17 as defending champions — alongside our AgentExchange Theater session with Siemens on Wednesday, September 16 and a slot in the Siemens manufacturing lounge.

The Demo Jam is a live competition at Salesforce events where ISV partners each get three minutes to demo their product on stage, live product only, and the audience votes for the winner. No slides, no setup videos. If the product doesn't land in three minutes, it doesn't land.
ARPEDIO, the Salesforce-native Account-Based Selling platform, won the Demo Jam at Agentforce World Tour London on June 18, 2026, competing against fellow ISV partners including GoMeddo and Zenkraft.
In three minutes, the ARPEDIO agent built an account org chart from scratch, refreshed an existing org chart with newly added contacts, and scored seller-stakeholder relationships from activity data already in the Salesforce org. All of it runs on Salesforce's Agentforce platform, on data that never leaves the customer's instance.
Agentforce World Tour is Salesforce's traveling event series on AI agents and the Agentic Enterprise. The London edition ran June 18, 2026 at ExCeL London with more than 70 sessions for customers, partners, admins, and sales leaders across the UK and Ireland.
Yes. ARPEDIO competes in the Dreamforce Demo Jam on Thursday, September 17, 2026 as the defending Agentforce World Tour London winner, presents with Siemens in the AgentExchange Theater on Wednesday, September 16, and joins the Siemens manufacturing lounge at Moscone.
ARPEDIO's AI agents are built on Salesforce's Agentforce platform and read relationship data already in the customer's Salesforce instance. The software is built inside Salesforce, so customer data never leaves the customer's own org.
