ARPEDIO Partners With Blue Road Academy to Improve Career Opportunities for Copenhagen Newcomers

ARPEDIO teams up with Blue Road Academy (formerly known as RefugeeForce) in supporting Copenhagen newcomers to launch their careers in the Salesforce ecosystem.

ARPEDIO is proud to announce our partnership with Blue Road Academy. In close collaboration and with extensive Salesforce expertise and industry knowledge, Blue Road Academy and ARPEDIO will facilitate the ideal environment for newcomers in Denmark to learn in-demand digital skills, grow their network, and launch their Salesforce careers.

From Refugee to Salesforce Developer in 5 months

Sima Simara is a former Blue Road Academy participant with a remarkable story to share: Due to safety reasons, she was forced to flee her home country. Arriving in Amsterdam, Sima had to start from scratch because her university degree wasn’t eligible in the Netherlands. With no prior experience with technology, Sima joined the Blue Road Academy Program, and 5 months later she added ‘Salesforce Developer’ to her resume.

ARPEDIO Brings Blue Road Academy to Copenhagen

ARPEDIO is very proud to host the very first edition of Blue Road Academy in Copenhagen.
Previous Blue Road Academy programs have taken place in leading technology hubs such as Eindhoven, London, Berlin, Arnhem, Groningen, Amsterdam, and now ARPEDIO adds Copenhagen to the mix.

Together with Blue Road Academy and Salesforce Denmark, we’ll provide a carefully planned program, personalized to each of the participants. The program features 20 technical training sessions, covering all components of the Salesforce Administrator Exam. Emphasis will be on scenarios, team exercises, and industry best practices, totaling 100+ hours of classroom training and 60+ hours of e-learning. Additionally, the program includes sessions led by experienced Salesforce professionals focused on career development. Each participant is paired with an ARPEDIO or Salesforce employee as a mentor to guide them in planning their journey within Salesforce and honing their career goals.

Besides acquiring technical proficiency in Salesforce, the participants will also obtain insight into implementation strategies, expand their professional network, and gain a clear understanding of their future role in the Salesforce community.

Introducing the Copenhagen Class 2023

Today (Monday January 23rd), we welcome 10 newcomers with a broad palette of interesting backgrounds into our office for a six-week comprehensive Salesforce training program.

The enrolled participants are originally from Ukraine, Iran, Ethiopia, India, Palestine and Turkey, and their backgrounds range from Business Administration, Accounting and Biotechnology to Graphic Design, the Police Academy, HR, and Event Management.
