SVP and Head of Global Sales, Marketing & Service at Danfoss
During the session, Søren will guide us through the wide range of responsibilities of a Sales Leader and talk about how to successfully combine the various areas of responsibility – from pipeline management and delivering on the numbers to continuously adapting to new practices and guidelines while developing talent.
Additionally, Søren is going to let us in on his career journey, in particular how he finds that a huge part of his own development actually comes from developing his employees. And this comes from a guy, who’s leading a 1,5 Billion Euro global Sales, Marketing and Service business and more than 1200 people on a global level.
Responsibility is the key term for this session, and Søren will address (among many other things):
