We are looking for our next favorite colleague in the position of a Customer Success student assistant. In the Customer Success team, you would help existing customers to be successful and get the most value from our Software tools. The beauty of this position is that you will develop skills in three different areas. First, you will learn how to talk with customers and how to develop strong relationships with important key stakeholders in companies. Secondly, your technical skills will be tested by navigating Salesforce and our own tools. And lastly, you will get a taste of how to upsell existing clients, and how to roll out a software solution company-wide. But do not worry, you will be aided by our great team consisting of Customer Success Managers, Account Managers and Salesforce developers.
We want you to grow within our organization and develop into a Customer Success Manager position where you drive the full post-sales process from start to finish: from the first technical configurations, to user adoption and to upselling happy customers. As a Student at ARPEDIO you will be working closely with the team to help us market and sell our solutions. It is important that you are tech-savvy and have a natural interest in business development, sales and account management. We imagine that you have a background in business/sales, but we are ready to be surprised. Most importantly: You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
When you start at ARPEDIO, you will get a thorough introduction to our sales process as well as our marketing approach. We want you to have a strong desire to learn and we encourage you to challenge us with your knowledge and new ideas. We expect you to work around 20 hours a week with big flexibility both ways. However, you should be able to work 2 days a week from approximately 14:00 – 22:00 o’clock due to our international client base.
