Who are you?

You think business processes first, and systems second. You are fast in understanding the key issues and the business context for the client, and you can keep the balance between helping and challenging the client towards best practices. Building trust comes natural to you, and you interact easily with all stakeholders across the client organization, from junior salesclerks to the CEO.

You excel regardless of your role, whether you are working alone as a trusted advisor to the client, leading a small team of ARPEDIO colleagues delivering a single project or overseeing the long-term relationship with the client identifying and shaping new projects within a digital transformation program.

You are a true team player, mentoring junior colleagues and proactively offering your help also outside your own projects and objectives. You will act as one of our figureheads for consulting, ensuring clients confidence in our ability to deliver high business impact and helping us attract even more skilled consultants.

What is expected of you?

  • Challenging perceptions and expectations – both at clients and at ARPEDIO
  • Clearly describing alternative options with pros and cons matching business requirements with Salesforce best practices
  • Estimating project activities, both for new projects and for scope extensions
  • Ensuring high quality deliverables from the entire project team
  • Calm under pressure
  • You are ready for a wild ride – and you create a good energy along the way

What are we looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Salesforce, with multiple certifications
  • Business process experience within sales, customer service and/or marketing
  • Experience with digital transformation projects, either from consulting or working in a larger corporation, e.g. in Sales Excellence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for the trends in technology like AI, Collaboration, Low Code platforms, Analytics etc.
  • Fluent in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages
