ARPEDIO customizes B2B sales trainings to fit your exact needs, regardless of your chosen sales methodology. We focus our training on your sales best practice – or customize it to be able to identify or define your sales best practice.

Who are you?

You want to improve business processes with marketing, sales and/or customer services, and you know how systems can enable process improvements. You see the current issues clearly, understanding the business requirements and the current constraints.

You are used to working in teams, delivering high quality work with pride and helping others when you can. You are confident about your own abilities while also aware of when you need to ask for help. You speak up when expectations are unclear or unrealistic. You have a deep desire to grow your skills.

What is expected of you?

  • Clarifying and aligning expectations – both at clients and at ARPEDIO
  • Understanding the business point of view
  • Identifying alternative solutions to issues, and making clear recommendations considering pros and cons
  • Able to explain Salesforce best practices
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude

What are we looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Business process experience within sales, customer service and/or marketing
  • Experience from digital projects, or from having the CRM system responsibility
  • Good skills in presenting and writing
  • Passion for the trends in technology like AI, Collaboration, Low Code platforms, Analytics etc.
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages is a plus but not a requirement
