Salesforce Consulting - Student Assistant​

We are looking for two talented student assistants to join our growing Consulting team. You will be working in project teams with experienced Salesforce consultants and client representatives. Your tasks will vary from project to project, and may include:

  • Support with migrating data from legacy systems into Salesforce
  • Execute adoption readiness surveys among end-users and analyse the results
  • Preparing training materials, user guides and communications from the project to client stakeholders
  • Training of end-users and ad-hoc support to end-users after go-live
  • Map as-is business processes, and clarify the current pain points
  • Assist in defining to-be business processes
  • Monitor the adoption of the solution
  • Track the realisation of business benefits
  • Configuring Salesforce solutions

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will grow as you learn Salesforce and our approach to implementing and optimising solutions.

The role requires good analytical skills, curiosity, empathy and tight collaboration with the Salesforce consultants. We expect you to learn Salesforce, both from an end-user and from a business process improvement point-of-view, and we will support you towards achieving Salesforce certifications.

We want you to grow within our organization and to develop into a Salesforce Consultant position where you drive the delivery of robust and effective business processes within Marketing, Sales or Customer Service, supported by Salesforce. Job Description

As a student assistant you will be working closely with the project team to help us deliver Salesforce solutions. It’s important you are tech-savvy and have a natural interest in sales, marketing or customer service. We imagine you have a background in sales or customer service, but we are ready to be surprised. Most importantly: you possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets, as we are currently expanding our team rapidly.

When you start, you’ll get a thorough introduction to Arpedio’s implementation approach and then you will be assigned to a project team to help us deliver. You should not be afraid to challenge us with your knowledge or new ideas and you should have a strong desire to learn.

We expect you to work around 20 hours a week with big flexibility both for and from you.

Key Job Requirements

  • You have started or you are just about to start studying for a masters degree with focus on Business/IT/Communication/Sales
  • Eager to learn
  • Can work in fast-paced teams, but also run with tasks by yourself
  • Not afraid of proposing new ways of doing things or of showing unfinished work
  • Tech-savvy and have an interest in start-ups
  • Fluent in written and spoken English – a good proficiency in Danish is a big plus but not a requirement
