about Corpay one

Corpay One is a leading bill pay solution for SMBs and accountants. It allows users to build custom bookkeeping and approval workflows that work for their team, and thereby giving time back by getting all the repetitive daily financial work done via automated workflows for things like bill pay, approvals, compliance, and expenses.

The Challenge

Due to an acquisition made by a larger American payment company, Corpay One had a need for splitting up their internal data between the US and European sales division. Additionally, the European sales team wanted to get a more simple and structured lead and sales process in order to enhance the user adoption among the sales reps.
Finally, this should be backed up by transparent KPI dashboards to measure and report on the sales performance in the European sales team.

The Solutions

ARPEDIO Consulting investigated the current security setup and defined a new data sharing model across the two sales divisions to ensure a future compliant data structure. A streamlined lead and opportunity process was tailor made based on inputs from workshops with sales representatives from the European team. Furthermore, ARPEDIO consultants built two operational Sales and KPI Dashboards to support the sales director.

The Results

Corpay One achieved increased user adoption and enhanced data quality along with a transparent and operational Dashboard to be used in weekly team meetings, helping the sales director keep up the pace among the sales representatives.
