Who we are

Arpedio is a Copenhagen-based and US-present company, founded in 2012, originally providing apps in Salesforce.com for BtB Sales Excellence. Since 2018, we have added professional Salesforce Consulting services ranging from implementation, designing system architecture to continuous support within marketing, sales and customer service.

We are currently a total of 25 people located in our premises in Copenhagen NV, but we are expanding and growing in high-speed at the moment, which is why we need you.

Who are you?

You know that change management is essential to succeed in creating lasting business impact from implementing new processes and systems. You are keen in helping users understand the why, what and how, and you are carefully considering which approach will work best in a specific project as you have learned that there not one size fits all. You have a good understanding of how to frame and phrase key messages, working closely with the management team in creating buy-in amongst the users. But you also use every available opportunity to collect feedback from across organization, consolidating and presenting this to have honest discussions in the management team about what is working and what is not.

You have a good understanding of the daily operations in marketing, sales and/or customer service, and you are familiar with the Salesforce best practices. You have a wide experience with different ways of training Salesforce users: traditional on-site classroom training, virtual training sessions, train-the-trainer, guides in writing and video, embedding guides into the system, facilitating Wikis and collaboration forums etc.

You base your recommendations on data, and you work consistently with making relevant data available for making decisions and monitoring progress. You are skilled in collecting qualitative data via user surveys, focus group discussions and stakeholder interviews, and you know how to also get quantitative data on adoption, usage, business impact.

You are a true team player, taking responsibility for the change management track in a project while delivering the change in close collaboration with the project team and the client.

What is expected of you?

  • You will work in both Salesforce implementation projects and projects to onboard clients to our Salesforce apps
  • Defining and executing effective change management strategies
  • Understanding the business point of view
  • Writing engaging communication materials and guides for users
  • Planning and executing user training
  • Embedding guides and training titbits into the Salesforce platform
  • Conducting change readiness assessments based on surveys and/or interviews
  • Establishing key metrics on adoption, usage and business impacts

What are we looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with change management related to CRM implementations, either from consulting or from working in a larger corporation
  • Business process experience within sales, customer service and/or marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of different change management methodologies
  • Fluent in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages
