We are very dedicated and strive for excellence in everything we do – and when it comes to the Arpedio Software Solutions, we aim to develop the perfect SAM tools to support the professional sales organizations and Strategic Account Managers around the world.
To accomplish this, we need the very best people who can take all the valuable feedback from our clients and continuously optimize our software, a product manager.
Therefore, we are super excited to welcome Hjalti Hardarson to the Arpedio Team as the new Product Manager! Hjalti had his first day on September 1st, and he already has his hands full with a lot of exciting work.
For you to get to know him a little bit better, we have asked Hjalti to introduce himself and share his thoughts on joining Arpedio.
Let’s start out with a short introduction – can you tell us a little bit about yourself and your professional background?
Hi! I am Hjalti Hardarson. I am an energetic and happy person, originally from Iceland, but now I live in Copenhagen. I have a great passion for good old board games, and I am always up for a game.
Professionally I have just joined Arpedio in a position as Product Manager where my main responsibility is to further develop Arpedio’s software applications – something I am really looking forward to getting started on.
I have more than 10 years of experience with CRM development and implementation from DIBS and most recently Deloitte, among others. As Nordic CRM Manager at Deloitte I supported the commercial strategy by operating and developing the in-house Salesforce solution. In addition, I was co-responsible for ensuring a successful transition from a Nordic to a global Salesforce platform across various business areas.
Can you elaborate on the decision to join Arpedio and what opportunities you see for Arpedio’s Software?
I have been familiar with the Arpedio software for several years and have first-hand experiences with implementing it in a professional sales organization. I decided to join Arpedio because I see a huge potential in the sales enablement software, and I understand how it can benefit both individuals with a desire to increase their sales goals as well as management who is tired of getting pipeline and forecast reports in a spreadsheet.
I am excited to be a part of an ambitious and fast-paced work environment with very talented colleagues!

I look forward to continuously improving and evolving the Arpedio software to make sure our clients have the best sales enablement tools!
